  Didn't sample food but observed others and food that was certainly yummy looking. In the heart of Bristol near a very busy island so be aware of traffic pedestrian crossings. Went with friends, one visually impaired. The range of drinks available was keen prices the atmosphere was good, we was on way home via railway station [ close to temple meads] so never dined and only had one round of drinks. Well worth a visit to this quirky bar but toilets upstairs and never saw disabled for my friend. Lots to keep you looking at inside. Outside busy beer garden.

  Great pub, burgers are very tasty, chips amazing. Safe to come as a family. Staff kind and thoughtful. Great music, sky sports. Easy to lose a few hours here

  I booked a private room upstairs for a party and could not have had a better experience. Every member of staff was lovely and attentive, we felt properly looked after and organising the party with them was a breeze. The room itself was gorgeous and full of character! Dark red drapes, massive windows, and old oak furniture. Incredibly cool and cosy. The pub downstairs has a great atmosphere too, and the location is very central, so it's perfect if you need to get loads of people together from all over. Wicked pub, 100/10

  Guerilla Burger have taken over the kitchen in recent weeks, and their burgers are the best we've had in Bristol. Possibly the best ever anywhere. The chips are also 10/10, and they are fairly priced. I highly recommend you go down and try the food. The pub itself is a wonderful quirky building and has had consistently beautiful & polite staff when we've visited over the last week. The whole experience is a treat, and I wish I could afford to visit every day.

  It’s a superb and relaxed pub! Staff were welcoming and friendly… Great music in the background. Food was delicious 😋 They have Fattso burgers in their kitchen. Thanks Alex for the suggestions on what to pick. We will be back! 🤩 Bonus: it’s dog friendly
