The staff itself has serious professional skill problems. Multiple times we had contacted them about their location and multiple times they just straight up didn’t give a shit. Not only did they not greet us properly, they took our orders like we were annoying them when we had been there not even 10mins. Completely understood the food wait time but they didn’t try very hard. I got chips and salsa 35mins after I ordered them. The hamburger was clearly a low quality frozen patty, same for the mozzarella sticks. 3/6 of the waiters were actually nice. 2 ladies and a man with glasses that was working the bar most of the time, save your money. Bring your own games to a bar across the street and have a good time there. OH and that’s with a RESERVATION.

Had a fantastic time here. Loved the place, the games, plus their drinks and food were excellent. Definitely we will going back to it.

Waited 10 mins, no one said hello, no one came to see us at the reception. Zero service and the pub was empty (on a thursday night 9PM). I think that if there is a manager, he should be there more often. We left and went to a bar in front that had service.

Weather you are with a big group of friends, or just 2 on a date night, this place is perfect! Tons of board games to play and purchase. Great pub food menu and an amazing and never ending collection of beers. I will definitely be back, especially in the summer with the terrace that sits over 80 people. LE JOKER is the coolest place I've been in a while! 🍻
