Very disappointing customer service experience. We were sitting outside on the terrace even though it was raining a bit, after asking the staff if it was okay to sit there. Suddenly, the male staff closed the canopy above the terrace without any notice, and as a result, our clothes got completely wet. When I went inside to ask why, the male staff just said he didn’t see us sitting there. Honestly, before closing the canopy, the staff should check if there are still customers outside or at least inform them in advance. If they had simply told us, we would have moved inside immediately without any complaint. What made it worse was his attitude β€” instead of apologizing, he kept making excuses and repeatedly said β€œWhat can I do for you?” in a dismissive way. No sense of responsibility or empathy. Really disappointing service. Here are the picture and video after the guy closed a canopy, look at the plate. It shows how bad the weather was.

The greatest bar in dublin by far. Everyone was very nice, great atmosphere and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definetly planning to come back as soon as possible.

Great little spot to pop into for a quick bite and a pint. I highly recommend the chicken wings. The mozzarella sticks fell a bit flat, unfortunately, but the wings, tenders, and double smash burger were great! Come check this place out when you are walking around and sightseeing.

Just what we wanted on our first night a proper performance of Irish songs commanding the room. Really good performers, lovely atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely recommend. Guinness was spot on and the espresso martini was really good and so pretty!!
