  Amazing place, feels so warm, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The food is always top notch, never had a bad meal or part of, and the menu is switched up regularly with different specials to choose from. Very vegetarian/vegan friendly; so much choice. The staff are all lovely, Noah has served us a few times and he’s an asset to the place.

  Amazing service at The Forge, they clearly put a lot of effort into training staff. Food lovely both visits. Massive well presented portions. Something for everybody.

  Lunchtime visit with older group. Service was great. Initially we were allocate a table up a few stairs. Mobility issue with one guest was immediately spotted and we were moved to a different table without having to ask. Team were attentive but didn't rush us. Menu offered good choices for everyone. Vegetarian options were a little limited but still plenty of choice. Food was tasty and good size portions.

  What a gem of a place. Food was excellent and service was great. Camembert to share had a lovely caramelised onion chutney. The lamb shank was a surprise heatwave for my wife - much spicier than she'd normally go with but she really enjoyed it anyway!

  If it’s sunny get yourself down here. Great atmosphere, great food and beers. Loads of happy people, I loved it !
