I had a great time at the Brewhouse Bar and Grill. The food was excellent, the service was impressive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I felt very welcomed by the staff and everyone who greeted me. It was an experience I’ll never forget and I’ll definitely come back for more visits in the future with both my family and friends. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience and I’ll make sure to share my thoughts with others, in hopes they’ll have the same experience as me. Keep up the great work - both chefs and servers. I appreciate all the effort you put in to make this restaurant a success.

I used to like The Canadian Brewhouse, especially when it first opened. The service and food were great back then. I visited again recently and it was disappointing. The taste and quality weren’t up to the mark and for the price they charge, it didn’t feel worth it.

Loved the food, service was over the top. Felt like family. Was great watching the team of workers, they all worked well together. We all laughed and had so much fun. Will definitely go back!

We were disappointed with our brunch today. We felt bad because the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed, and they mentioned not being prepared for a full restaurant, but if they are giving away free meals, I would expect a bit more preparation. We only saw our waitress twice, once to order food, and once to pay. We waiting about an hour for food, and about 40 minutes after we got the food, to pay. We were there over 2 hours but didn’t need or want to be. My eggs Benny was ice cold, I’m not picky, I’ve never complained, but these were so cold they must have been sitting for awhile. The eggs Benny itself was quite low-quality for the price and was not good, but those are things I would happily let go if my food was served in a timely fashion and warm. We weren’t served knives and had to ask the bar for them, they were unfriendly. I totally get being busy, but we were not even in the demographic for the free meal, and we saw people that clearly were, receive their meals as we were leaving, and they had been sat before us. It’s a nice sentiment and a good cause to provide free meals on Remembrance Day, but this is the wrong way to do it.

I came for dinner as I had a gift card and was surprised by the service. We asked for an extra sauce after getting the appetizer, after 5 minutes of waiting we figured it wasn’t coming and over 10 minutes later when we were finished they dropped it off at our table. We were charged on the receipt for it. We asked for salt/pepper and were given an almost empty shaker with labels on them? I went most of dinner with an empty water glass until I realized you could digitally call a server, and it still took another 10 minutes after calling them for someone to come to our table. Multiple servers walking by didn’t help. Then when our server did, she seemed off-put it was all we were asking for and we didn’t get the water for almost another 10 minutes. Later, we had someone else clear our plates and when he saw our second glass of water semi-empty immediately asked “oh do you guys want more water?” in a cheery tone which was really appreciated, despite not needing more, but thanked him. When requesting the bill, we were helped way faster than any attempted and requested interaction over dinner. And when paying, I was told “I do want to let you know with the gift cards we can’t do tips so I could add an extra $1 charge to the bill or you can leave cash on the table” which was great to know but she waited for me to let her know to give her a tip or not, which was a little uncomfortable considering the lack of service. I’m not a fan that they take your card. We got there at 5:45 and left at 7:10 (85m total), only to eat, due to how slow it was.
