I ordered my steak well done. But received a bleeding steak. Food was sent back to the kitchen and returned still red but better however, it was sitting in all the blood that ran out onto the plate and vegetables and I could not eat it. It wouldn't have taken much to change the plate, the food wasnt touched I only cut the steak open to see if it was cooked. The restaurant is well decorated, nice vibe and the young man gave excellent service.

Great food, burgers, fries and onion rings and Tokyo chicken were excellent, almost as good as the cocktails… expresso martini was one of the best that we’ve ever had… highly skilled cocktail aficionados who are passionate about their drinks.. off menu offerings available should you know your stuff.

The main parts of the meal are high quality. The crispy chicken burger is very good, and the steak on the Philly Cheese steak is inappropriately well seasoned perfectly medium meat with just the right amount of pink. That said.... The Philly Cheesesteak was clearly designed by someone who had read about them, but had never really seen one. Even on a cooking show. I won't go on a rant about what a Philly Cheesesteak is. What I will say is that it isn't a normal steak cut into 8 chunks, sprinkled with grated cheddar, and then dropped on a white baguette. It's not a bad food product. A little dry perhaps. It needs a sauce but I wasn't mad about the quality. Just the quantity and the fact that it ISN'T A CHEESESTEAK! Also I asked for no onions (I have a mild allergy). It came with onions. The lettuce on the Chicken Burger was a little wilted but it was delicious. The real downside is the sides. The "Cheesesteak" comes with corn tortilla chips straight out of a bag. Not toasted. No salsa. The coleslaw comes so sweet it was unpalatable. That is a matter of taste though; Coleslaw is very variable. It just wasn't for us. We also had some of their non-alcoholic drinks made with Monin. They came unmixed, with about 1/2 the normal syrup, in a very small "mason jar" glass. Maybe 200 ml not counting the ice. On the upside the drink is very pretty. Similarly the decor and ambiance are pretty close to authentic southwest American. Everything is clean. The seats are comfortable.
