We were a group of 14 who had forgotten to book a table for our long weekend in Aalborg. Despite the short notice, the amazing team here went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided top-notch service from start to finish. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm, charming, and full of character — a perfect setting for a great evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place — 10/10!!

A cozy place with beautiful architecture and attentive service. The food was buffet-style Danish cuisine, which was really good. Can definitely recommend!

Very traditional building and decor, pretty big place with lots of seating areas all over. I found the menu to be a bit sparse, and not really sure why it's pitched as traditional Danish dishes only (that's why we went) as half the menu is burgers, ribs etc. We had the Duus Stew, which was delicious although the meat was slightly harder than a stew usually is, and the Fried Pork - tasty but hugely overpriced for 5 strips of (effectively) bacon. Service was pleasant and quick, but not attentive at all. All in all, a touristy place with good food (a bit too pricey for what you get), in a nice setting, where the mantra is to get you in and out quickly. I would go again of course, but it wouldn't be by my choice

Authentic Danish food in a quaint old restaurant! Had the pork belly and game stew, both very nice, quite Danish, big portions, very tasty! Half a bottle of the 2011 red house wine. 510dkk Quite empty during the week, so you're sure to get a place, but there is ample seating! Very cozy little corners or massive tables for 20. Friendly staff too!
