This September 4th, there were two of us on a terrace for a beer and a shandy, I gave a €20 note, I received the change, I didn't check and later I realized that I had been cheated out of €10... I invite customers to check carefully and not to trust them too much! because without a receipt it's difficult to go back and complain!

Very disappointing experience! Located in the Carrefour shopping center across from the photo booths. I regularly drink my coffee there before or after shopping, but it's definitely over! The important thing is the revenue, not the customer! Photo booth problem: I need €10 in change... so, out of convenience, I buy and order a Jet 27, which I pay for. The waitress told me there was no problem and took my 20 euro note, only giving me 4 euros in change upon returning (her manager REFUSING). Pressed for time, I left my two bags to run to the Carrefour checkout, but it was too late; by the time I'd passed, I'd lost the 14 euros I'd already put in the machine. 🤬 So I went back to Kevin's to drink my beer, and there... only one bag left in two, and my beer still unserved... (after more than 15 minutes from ordering to paying) ... here's my experience at Kevin's in Charleville-Mézières.

A pleasant surprise! I ordered a burger, a very generous American-style burger. It wasn't piled high with fries like everywhere else, and it was very inexpensive. I even wondered if the fries were homemade. It was great! If I'm ever back, I'll try to go to the brasserie, but I didn't have much time that day.
