First time in NO and first bar we stopped at. Advertised shot and a beer for $10, not bad. When l went to get just a beer..$10, crazy for a beer. On the up side, music was fantastic!

The kazzettes! Played here on a friday, where ever they play go! 3 vocalists, beautiful harmonies, sax and guitar, played any request like they'd rehearsed it, absolutely stunning! Got everybody dancing, amd the bar staff were super fun and friendly, all round amazing night

Prohibition Bar in the Quarter is a great spot to relax with a drink, enjoy a beer, and people-watch. The servers are friendly, and thereβs plenty of room at the bar. A good place to kick back and soak in the French Quarter vibe. βοΈ

Stopped in here to listen to some live music, which was pretty good. On the drinks front, there was no wine, which was unusual for a bar on Bourbon Street. I ordered a Stella, which came in a plastic cup that had a nasty, sharp rim, while my partner ordered a vodka and tonic that tasted more of tonic, than anything else. Not bad for live music, but the plastic cups and the weak spirits rather let it down.
