Our hometown has incredible cocktail bars and we've been having a hard time finding cocktails in Italy that we've been impressed with. The cocktails here are inventive and top notch among the best of any city we've traveled to around the world.

My wife and I were in Bologna for three nights, staying right near the Due Torre. We stumbled upon Guero the first night. We were a little early but sat at the bar. We didnβt realize until slightly later that we had found our favorite cocktail bar in the whole world! The owner/bartender treated us so well, recommended drinks based on our preferences (but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious), and we ended up making friends and returning the next night. He and his staff were one of the highlights of our entire trip to Paris and northern Italy. We wish him the best and canβt wait to get back to Bologna to visit him again! Sorry for the delayed review amigo, but I told you Iβd get it up here π

Absolutely fantastic. Quite possibly the best cocktail bar Iβve ever been to. Cocktails were amazing - highly recommend the Negroni Sour, Green Day, Big in Japan (pictured) and Krafty (also pictured). While the cocktails were great, the service was even better. Absolutely check out Guero when in Bologna!

This was the first bar we visited after arriving in Bologna and it completely matches what I like. A unique atmosphere with plenty of pictures on the wall and an extensive cocktail menu with lots and lots of tequila and mezcal options. If I was living next door to this place I would be there every day! They should add a cocktail that is extremely spicy to perfect the menu even more. What improved the atmosphere even more was the presence of two dogs with the star being a corgi named Coco. I would definitely visit this bar again for a multitude of reasons.
