  Absolutely loved the ambience of this restaurant. The food was sensational and our waitress Aysu was great.

  Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. It could have easily been different if the staff behaved differently, which is such a shame. We ordered a litre bottle of water (which was just put at our table very quickly without pouring it which was surprising given the prices but that alone wouldn't have been a big deal). When we poured the water into our glasses ourselves we noticed that there must've been some small insects in the glasses cause they were now swimming in there. We also noticed a bigger dead insect stuck to the outside of one of the glasses. When we notified the staff he tried to scratch the insect on the outside of the glass away (also.. very unprofessional) and never even recognised the insects swimming in the water. When we insisted on getting new glasses he called his manager and - again - just referred to the insect on the outside of the glass. She finally apologised through gritted teeth, took our glasses away and then just brought us empty glasses, not replacing the water. We asked, again, nicely to also get that water replaced. After a while they brought us a tiny bottle which was about half of the amount we "lost". We left it at that since the food had arrived in the meantime and we don't like to waste any. Otherwise we would've left. One must wonder why they treat customers like that who have done nothing wrong.. just to save a few cents? It would've saved time to just respond accordingly instead of getting into a discussion when it's clearly their fault. Too bad. The food wasn't bad but we definitely won't be recommending this place.

  We came here for quite several cocktails here. Cocktails were very delicious. But waiting time for them was long long time. Then we decided to have food. Also ok food but waiting time for getting kids ice tea was ridiculous! We warned them several times. We got drinks well after kids finished their food and were very thirsty. After lunch we ordered ice creams for kids and one kid got it straight away and no dessert for other even it was same - ice cream. Again, we warned weiters for the problem - nothing. Until after 20 minutes asked straight away and make a fuss, nothing would be done! Sorry, you are in hospitality industry and if guest order something and remind u several times... That's so bad and wrong. Despite delicious cocktails and food - we'll not be back here, sorry.

  Best restaurant I’ve ever been. Great and kind service. We ordered a lime lemonade, salmon tartas and burger mountain. We later came back for drinks, virgin mojito and tequila sunrise which we drank on the sand terras. Great and fresh flavors, super satisfied, will recommend to everyone
