  Browar & Restauracja PG4 Gdańsk is an absolute must-visit. The food was outstanding. I had the biggest and best schnitzel I’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked. The ham was so well prepared that the meat literally fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy brewery-style interior. A fantastic place to enjoy great beer and delicious food with friends.

  We came here on two different occasions. First time we had a great experience with service and food. We ordered pork schnitzel, Rubin-ugnon and classic burger. All were great. We came in pretty late, around 22. The service was great and our waitress was Susanna. The second time we came back we did not have an equally good time. Greeting staff seemed unenthusiastic and absent. Our waiter was good, and service was above average. The food was ok, but I was disappointed with the golonka. I would estimate it's only around 150-170g of edible meat. There is also confusion regarding their sides, as the menu talks about both baked or roasted potatoes. Ask for roasted, not baked! Their roasted potatoes and fries were great, but the baked potatoes taste bad. Dry, cardboard, uninspiring. The beer float was good, and many beers they had were pretty good, but no beer stood out as great to me. This place lacks consistency, which is sad.

  We had a really great time at the Browar! My boyfriend had the pork knuckle; the pork was great, the potato’s good only the fried cabbage was a bit neutral taste. I had the tarte flambee with chanterelles, the taste was really nice! We tried a few beers on a platter, bought 2 pitcher and a few bottles of beer. Dawidek always did a great service, he always asked if we need something and how everything was, just so attentive! Thanks for that ❤️

  Nice service from David and great pork knuckle! Arrived in the restaurant at 20:50, not sure if they still served dinner, since no opening hours are published on google maps. Asked for a house-crafted beer and pork knuckle, and David managed to place this order right before 21:00 when the kitchen is closed. Nice beer, a lot of fragrance and fresh. The pork knuckle is top notch, well seasoned, not blend at all. The sauerkraut didn’t have a very strong flavor but rather refreshing and matches well with the pork. The dips were interesting and went well with the pork too. Price-quality ratio was also superb, adding to the perfect location. Would definitely come again!

  As my first trip to Poland comes to an end, it has been a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great too. Special thanks to David for his excellent service and fantastic dish recommendations—we truly enjoyed them!🤩
