  Our son brought us here during our usual December visit to Calgary. We’ve tried a lot of restaurants all these years, and this is easily one of the best. Our server, Kay Lee M., was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great. We were too full to try their famous banana pie tonight, but we’ll definitely be back for it.

  It was good! Rigatoni was delicious Good espresso martinis Love the sauce with the halibut My friends loved their fries, eggplant fries, beet salad and steak Bread appy was sourdough, crispy and hard. So if that’s what you like you’ll love it! Service was good Very cute bathrooms with a great selfie mirror Not my top pick compared to other places but nothing was bad :)

  Bridgette bar has a very charming yet sophisticated environment. The staff are very professional and engaged and able to answer any questions you have. We got 6 dishes between 3 of us which was a good amount. We started with the beat salad, which was a favorite of ours, the whipped feta with it and the nuts were all a great texture and flavor combination together. The eggplant sticks were highly recommended, however, we found them a bit disappointing, texture was great, but lacking flavor. The burrata was tasty, but I wish that it came with more than just a jelly with it, having more elements would make it pop more. It was very sweet and under seasoned in my opinion. The grilled cauliflower was very tasty, and has a delicious umami sauce with it. We lastly got the salami pizza. It was delicious, but the center of the pizza was too wet and falling apart a bit. Overall the food was all tasty, but for the price and reputation I did expect better. Would like to try it again.

  We recently dined at Bridgette Bar to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone — warm, stylish, and buzzing with energy. The decor strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy charm, making it ideal for both casual nights out and special occasions. We started with a selection of small plates, including the fried eggplant, octopus salad, a tuna dish, and garlic bread — every bite was flavorful and beautifully presented. The pasta with shrimp and squid was our main course, and it was perfectly cooked, rich in taste without being overpowering. The service deserves a special mention. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our celebration feel special — they even set up the table with a thoughtful birthday touch, which really elevated the evening. We also enjoyed a few craft cocktails, and they were just as impressive as the food — well-balanced and creative. Overall, Bridgette Bar delivered on every front — incredible food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just looking for a great night out, this spot is well worth a visit.

  First of all, this is one of the best places I’ve been to in Calgary. Usually, there’s always something I don’t like at a restaurant — but this place is different. Is it possible for everything to be perfect? Yes, everything here was amazing. Our server was Ms. Sofia — she was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the attentiveness of the staff — everything was just excellent. I will definitely come back here again. If I had to rate it out of 10, I’d say 11. That’s how good this place is. I absolutely recommend it.
