Very nice beer garden. The currywurst was delicious. But the guy pulling the beer is beyond rude. It's simply unbelievable. It was very busy yesterday. He must have been working too much. He should be happy about that these days. If that wasn't the boss, I'd fire him. Because some of the guests we spoke to won't be coming back, just like us. It's a shame.

Simple but good for a break from cycling. Homemade cake – very tasty.

We stopped here for a break during a bike ride. The beer is on tap and nice and cold. Just as it should be. We ate the homemade meatball. It was absolutely delicious. A cozy beer garden that invites you to linger.

A classic, rustic beer garden a short distance from the railway line. Open year-round and a hidden gem when it's still chilly at the beginning of the year. Fair drink prices and a good selection of food. Homemade meatballs are also available, depending on availability. The tables are equipped with parasols. There are swings and plenty of bicycle racks. Anyone wanting to experience the quintessential Ruhr area atmosphere will be happy here. Cash only!

A beer garden away from the city. There's plenty of parking nearby. The menu offers a few snack options. We had currywurst and shashlik with fries today. The portions were very generous. The animal shelter next door was a bit of a nuisance, as the dogs were constantly barking, which was impossible to ignore. All in all, though, the visit was worth it.
