What a shame!!! We're from Quebec City, and this was our little family get-together for a nice dinner. It's the weekend after work, and once again, we booked a hotel and a restaurant...ouch!!!! The service was terrible, and what can I say about the food? Nothing was good...everything was cold, and the service...what can I say...nonexistent! A complete disaster!!! Everything was cold and bland! There were seven of us, and only three ate because the others sent their plates back. You guys need to get your act together, or you're going to lose your best years!! We'll definitely try the place again because the employees told us the management is changing. In the meantime, a 100% waste of time and money due to our experience at the restaurant.

Our meals were lukewarm! They tasted like they'd been microwaved! Meal + 1 glass of alcohol = $81, really disappointed! We'd been going to this restaurant for 11 years, but for the last 6 months it hasn't been the same. This place used to be popular because you had to reserve 3 days in advance just for 2 people.

Yes, the 6 of us found it slow and there were only 2 tables in the entire restaurant for dinner on a Saturday, so it was empty inside but there were a few people outside. The shrimp was excellent, but the langoustines were zero, and the taste was very, very bland.

Like last year, the all-you-can-eat lobster at the pub was undercooked and there wasn't enough lobster to make it all-you-can-eat. After two times, I'll give it a miss for the next few years. Plus, there's no more all-you-can-eat shrimp. Sad...

The all-you-can-eat shrimp was not fresh at all. As a result, 4 of us are sick today. This was the first and last time I will eat there...
