An Pucan customer service was second to none. I had reserved an area for my hubbys 40th and honestly they couldn't have been more help, accomodating and friendly. I initially spoke with Adam who made everything so easy and nothing was a problem. On the day the transition from Adam to the floor supervisor was flawless, she was a lady. (So sorry I didn't get your name) From dropping off the cake and helping me bring it out and singing with me, to your bar staff flat to the mat serving drinks, bouncers and even the guys out clearing tables. Everyone was so friendly and professional! Top class service. Thank you all so much.

This is gonna sound crazy but I had the best salad of my life here 😂 It was fabulous. Loved everything about this place. Go there!

Great food. We were promised a quiet cozy family zone. But in that cozy family zone it was as noisy as in the main one where live music was played. We enjoyed the food but couldn't talk to each other because we didn't hear our own voices.

We ordered a glass of irish coffee and vegetarian Irish breakfast at an pucan. Service was too good, the staff was very helpful in assisting. Food- we liked the irish breakfast but the irish coffee did not turn up to our taste buds :(

This place was on our list of places to eat while in Galway since we say YouTube videos about the food. It did not disappoint! The garden is absolutely amazing
